► Digital Downloads
Due to the digital nature of the products, no refund or return options are available once you have downloaded the high resolution files. If you need help making an adjustment to the files please contact me directly and I will be happy to assist you.

► Edible Cake Toppers
Due to the edible and personalized nature of the cake toppers, no returns are available. If your edible cake topper arrives damaged please contact me for a replacement or refund. 

► Printed by Printify
We have many items in our shop that we design, but print and ship through one of Printify's many wonderful vendors. Printify is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you order the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind, very sorry about that! However if your product arrives damaged or with a printing issue, please check in with a photo and we can take care of it for you!
